The Girls Are Back In Town

I just love this stamp & die set by Picket Fence Studios that I got from Scrapbook.com called One Hot Chick. I think this will be a card we'll make at my May class!

You may remember the cool window die set. I got it at The Paper Collage in Phoenix, AZ back in February. Pamela had a bunch of these then as it was part of a class. If you're in the western Phoenix area you need to check out her store! She designs a lot of her own paper. And she has lots of classes!

I just LOVE these chickens!! I embossed the phrase as it just wouldn't pop as much stamped and it didn't look right stamped on another piece of card stock and attached. I stamped the chickens using some Memento Dew Drop inks that I had then I added more color to the chickens using colored pencils. I think that helped them pop a bit more, too.
