Workdesk Wednesday... But It's Tuesday Evening!

As I was prepping this post to schedule tomorrow I seen that Julia of the Stamping Ground already posted early so I thought, why not! So, now I don't have to get up so early to link up! This is week 630. I totally spaced last week.

I'm working on my sample card for my Wednesday video. I'm making a Balcony Fold Card. The one on my desk is a Christmas card... oh my gosh! Did I say the "C" word? Yep, Christmas! The one I'll be making during my video will be something else. At the writing of this post I haven't decided yet but I have a couple hours tomorrow morning to prep. When I get this card completed I'll start looking through my stamps and stuff and figure it out. I'll even do a picture by picture tutorial on here Thursday. I'll start my Live video on my FB page, Stampin Carol -Lots of Crafty Goodness,  at 10 am Arizona time tomorrow then upload it to my YouTube channel about an hour later.

I hope you stop by Julia's and check out the links to other desks.

Hi Carol, the exact same thing happened to me as I was scheduling.
Oh i'm not too sure what a balcony card is, i'm intrigued now and glad i'm not the only one that has started on Christmas cards, although i'm not too convinced about my efforts yet.
Good luck with the prep and video and Happy WoywW Tracey (1) x

Hi Carol, Happy WOYWW. I am not sure what a balcony card is either so will have to come back and check it out. I must start on my Christmas cards soon, I always mean to start early, but reality is usually different. Have a great week Angela #7

I got caught linking late, so I see people who don't normally post early. I have no idea what a balcony card is, but I gave a set of pencils very similar to yours away this week. I won't use them and I know the recipient will. I take it you really LOVE yours. Happy WOYWW from # 12.

And do I see Christmas gnome stickers? tooo cute! I’m not ready, if I ever am, to even consider Christmas. Although, in having to empty the workroom, I did reorganise a shelf with Christmas stamps on it. Does that count?!!! Again I’m going to learn from you, a balcony card sounds new to me, so count me in for the YT titorial again! See you there!

Happy WOYWW. I wondered why there were so many blogs linked already when I was up earlier than usual today. I haven't started on my Christmas crafting yet, but have signed up for a Cardmaking Event for the 17th July (the same day as the monthly virtual scrapbooking crop, of course!). Lots of videos to watch and live events too. It will be a good kick start to get me making some Christmas cards. I think I only made 2 or 3 last year. Will go and subscribe on YouTube. I do not know what a balcony card is either. Ali x #15

The C word?? Nooooooooo! The card sounds fun despite that, and I love an odd fold card for sure. Saw one thumbnail on YouTube of a card that had 4 "arms around a centra; square - wish I could recall what the heck it was called cause I didn;t actually watch the video and of course now it is gone. Oh well - if it rings a bell with you, let me know :D Oh and yeah, I linked last night except Wordpress did not publish my post when I tried to move it from scheduled to published. All in all it's been a weird week for me, technologically speaking! But we are here now so...

Happy WOYWW!

Hi there Carol!! Yes. someone informed me 'C' is 6 months away the other day. TBH I have made most of my cards but was hoping to slot in a two week cram to really get ahead of the game. Keep re-scheduling it!! I'll be back to doing them in November soon. I can't do it ad hoc because there is so much stuff it has to be stored away in between crafting bouts. Is the balcony card that one we can see? That looks like an intriguing fold, but I doubt I'll remember to come back. Have a good week, stay safe, stay well, love n hugs Cindy #18

A balcony card sounds very interesting, although not sure what one is! Oh my goodness how organised you are!! I can't start thinking about Christmas yet, but I say that every year and then play frantic catchup in December!
Hope you have a great week,

Hi Carol! Haven't heard of a balcony card, so I am interested to see what that looks like when you get done! I'm not a card maker, sadly, but I try every now and again! "Christmas Card?" Boy, you really are on the move! Good for you! I'm lucky if I send out Christmas cards......during Christmas! LOLOL Blessings for your week! Felicia, #30

Hi Carol, not sure what a balcony card is but I'm sure you'll show us when it's finished. I have been thinking about Christmas cards but not started any yet but I can understand you getting underway with them as I nearly always leave it to close to the holiday and then have to rush to get them finished. Wishing you a very happy and creative woyww, Angela x23x

I don't know what a balcony card is, Carol, and it sounds most intriguing. I don't even want to think about "C" at the moment - it's only June (actually now it's just into July!) for goodness sake!!! I have another "C" word to deal with for now! Your desk looks awesome - what a fabulous collection of coloured pencils, and all those ink pads in the neat storage. It looks great.

Happy WOYWW,
