A Father's Day Llama

I was getting my cards together for Father's Day when I realized I needed 2 more! I wanted to use some left over pieces from prepping for an upcoming class and this card developed.

I started with making the base for this card.  I have oodles of little squares from making frames for this month's class. From there I needed to figure out what to put on the cover. I looked through my stash and seen this fun die set by Sizzix that I got from Scrapbook.com. It's no longer available from them probably because it's rather old. (But they do have oodles of great llama products!)

I stamped the sentiment on 2 colors of card stock. I cut out the "HAPPY" from the yellow and layered it on the cream. Boy, that made it pop! And I layered the llama's saddle. Isn't this a hoot! And my Bearly Art Glue was perfect with its tiny tip for gluing the reins on the llama!

Did you get all your cards in the mail on time?

Stampin Carol

Sow for yourselves righteousness, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground, for it is time to seek the Lord, until He comes and showers righteousness on you. Hosea 10:12
