Just For You

Last week I received 2 new die sets from Spellbinders.  I did not order these but was asked by Yana Smakula, an influencer and Spellbinders' digital content manager, to create a couple cards using these cool dies! Oh my gosh!!! First shock then humility as I realized what she was asking! I mean, this lady is an amazing talent and has been involved in quite a few of Spellbinders videos! So.... here's one of the 2 cards I made.

I didn't get quite as fancy with this card as I did with the next but this is the 3rd card (the other 2 are only partially made) and I like how this one developed. I didn't notice until I was starting this post that the silver flourishes on the right are at a slightly different angle than the ones on the left. I used their new Silver Mix Gems (108 gems of 4 sizes) to embellish. This card is more of a notecard size, 5 1/2" wide and 3 1/2" tall. I tried some of the other sizes in the die set but just couldn't pull the cards together. I also used Silver foil and my

Please leave a comment what you think of this card. I did realize that I have a tendency to really like bright colors, especially teal or turquoise (which is my favorite color).
