A Gnome Family

I love gnomes (this started a couple years ago) and recently got the She-gnome from Simon Says Stamp! Since I already had the 2 guy gnomes I decided to make a family of them.  I made this card while at the scrapbook retreat and should have added  some color to their beards and hair using my blender brushes. Oh well.

I used an assortment of card stocks from Fun Stampers Journey and a fun pine tree embossing folder from Marianne Design. I swiped my Pool Play ink pad along the edges of the embossed piece to make it stand out a bit more.

I added some Nuvo Drops (Sea Breeze and Blue Lagoon) to the embossed background to kinda look like snow. Don't think I pulled that off as I should have added much more. I can remedy that easily enough. Except for the embossed piece and card base I used scraps.  The dotted print is from my stash.

Do you like gnomes?  I have a couple out in my garden.
