Accordion to Me

Yesterday I made a FB Live video (also on YouTube) showing how to make this cool accordion-style card. I LOVE it! It was so easy!  The hardest part was figuring out how to decorate it.

I used all Fun Stampers Journey and Spellbinders products.

This is my card front.  It gives no hint of how cool it is inside!

Here's a closer look at the cone flower.  The little Meadow Pearls match so well the colors I stamped with.  And they cover little imperfections (there's one next to the Happy).

Isn't this cool!!! I was inspired by a card on Pinterest and was off and running!  But you need some sizes and scoring info to make one. Since I placed my inside elements where I did I should have stamped my sentiment higher on the back panel. But I gave some different options on my video and my original idea would have needed the sentiment where it is. The sentiment comes from FSJ's Hello Sunflower red rubber stamp set.

So. The card base (the blue folded card) is 5 1/2" x 8" folded in half.  This is important!
The inside print is 5 1/2" x 10". It is scored at 2", 3", 4", 5", 6", 7", and 8".

Here you can see how to fold it and where it attaches to the inside of the card base.

As to the inside elements you must make sure they fit without sticking out of the card.

Have you tried this style of card?  Will you now?
