Too Cute To Spook

I have a friend who has a dachshund dog. She shares some of the cutest posts on FB of doxies dressed up for Halloween. That's what this card reminded me of.

I splattered my card front with Black Licorice Silk and added some drops of an orange Distress Stickles. Again I used Fun Stampers Journey's new Costumed Cuties clear photopolymer stamps. I'm getting a very nice image by using my stamp positioner and not pressing hard on the stamp. The print paper strips are from my stash.


I think the little fangs are just fun. Do you remember back in the 1960s the TV show Dark Shadows? Maybe this is the canine version of Barnabas. I think I dated myself pretty good with that reference!

This is one of the cards we'll be making at my Sept. 25 class. I already have 6 signed up to come!
