A Sunburst Hello

I started this Sunburst card as a sample for my FB/YouTube video Wednesday.  I left it unfinished so people could see where the strips came together but I finished it right after the video and here it is!

The cute print paper is from an old 6" x 6" paper pad made by Fun Stampers Journey called Fun Filled Prints.  The back side of each print is a black/white print. Since one of the prints had pineapple I decided to use FSJ's Deck the Palms clear stamp set since it, too, had a pineapple. I used some of my Brilliance Dew Drop inks as, for some reason, I get a better image than using my fusion inks. I have seen people use their fusion inks on clear stamps and get a great image, just not me.

I outlined the letters with my Stardust Clear Gel pen and added some dot embellishments from my stash.

I hope all is well with you and you're healthy. It's been fun to play at my desk this week after 3 days (Sat. - Mon.) break.

Today is my son's birthday.  After thinking how old he is I feel kinda elderly.

Stampin Carol

I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.   Psalm 34:4
