A Starry Red, White, & Blue

I don't typically make a weekend post but since this is Memorial Weekend I kinda wanted to celebrate it with a Red, White, and Blue card.  Needless to say, this card is a birthday card but it kinda sorta patriotic.

I was originally playing with an idea for my June class but this Cascading Star die cut is not real easy to adhere to the card base.
I used one of the cool dies from Spellbinders' Ribbon Banners package and the sentiment from the Letterboard Minis rubber stamp set from Fun Stampers Journey.

I used some blue thread and some fun pieces from Party Burst Dots to embellish. No sparklies.

I did finish a couple projects that I found in my box of die cuts and bits & pieces.  I have no idea where the little monster came from that's on the card on the left.  The jack o'lantern card uses stuff from Fun Stampers Journey.  I'm not going to list or link any of the products used.

I used my Clear Wink of Stella brush on the face features of the jack o'lanterns and on the teeth and belt buckle of the monster. If you want to know more about the jacks, please contact me.
