Gnome For The Holidays

Yesterday I made my weekly FaceBook video and made a cool slimline card using a fun gnome holiday stamp set.  I love gnomes and this set is a hoot!

There's so much going on with this card. I stenciled the top white layer with a beautiful snowflake stencil then sprayed it with a Sheer Shimmer Sparkle that I have in my stock.  It gives a great sparkle to the card! I layered it on Mirror Silver card stock that I cut in 1/2" wide strips and adhered. No sense using a large rectangle of that expensive paper! After I figured out where I wanted to place my circles I stamped my shimmer layer then adhered it to my folded card base.


I embossed my white circles with the Sizzix Snowfall/Speckle embossing folder to carry through the snow look. Then I popped on my colored gnomes!
 
I didn't add any more bling as I didn't want to detract from the shimmery background and it will save on postage. Do you make slimline cards?
