Make Waves

Last week I shared a couple cards using the Saran Wrap technique I showed on my Sept. 30 video. I even showed the fun waves that I now have made into a card for today!

I used a fun rubber stamp set by Fun Stampers Journey called Make Waves and it's coordinating die set. The ocean waves are made using Spellbinders Waves die set that is no longer available. Bummer. It is really cool. I used 3 colors of blue inks on a piece of glossy card stock. I haven't tried this technique on regular card stock but I supposed it would work. (Guess that's my next play time!)

Isn't this cool! Almost feels like one is in the ocean! And don't you love the mermaid! I colored her with colored pencils.

Here you have a closer look at some of the elements on my card. I love the little shells from FSJ's Splash Zone Sequins!

I wanted to show a closer look of the waves and sorry for that little black speck. I was surprised to see it here as I looked at the card and it wasn't there. Must be some dust.

Check out my video. It's so easy and fun! My YouTube link is in the sidebar.
