A Crinkled Pumpkin

I'm sure my post title sounds a little weird but if you watched my video Wednesday it will make sense!

I used my last piece of Saran Wrap background for this card. (You'll find a YouTube video on making this background dated Sept. 30, just click on my YouTube logo in the sidebar.)

Maybe I should have used a more vivid color for my pumpkin but when I showed my hubby my blue pumpkin from Tuesday's post he asked why a blue pumpkin. I said why not? Anyway, this crinkled paper technique is super easy but does require a bold image stamp. I used the one from the Hey Boo red rubber stamp set from Fun Stampers Journey and the Boo from FSJ's Jack O Lanterns.

Isn't this pumpkin cool? I love the look! You need to give this technique a try! The black gems are from my stash. I go through so many I am now purchasing them from a big box store.

Are you enjoying my sharing techniques? Last week's and this week's are ones I taught years ago when we first moved to AZ and I started having classes at Green Valley Recreation. Sadly none of them were saved to my computer but I found some of the index cards I handed out to my "students".
