It's A Fan Fare Card

I have been seeing this fancy fold card in many places! After some looking around on Pinterest I found it's called a Fan Fare card.  I have made something similar years ago but never really thought about it until recently.  Then Kim Kesti at Fun Stampers Journey made one on a recent video (FaceBook link here). So, I had to give it another try.

Here are the closed and open views of my card. I started with a piece of card stock 5 1/2" x 11" and scored at 1 1/2", 3", 5 1/2", and 8" and folded it like an accordian.

I cut my layers in 3 sizes, 2 @ 1 1/4" x 5 1/4", 2 @ 2 1/4" x 5 1/4", and 1 @ 2 3/4" x 5 1/4".

I used 2 different rubber stamp sets from Fun Stampers Journey, Faithfullness (and it's coordinating die set) and Fancy Eggs (and it's coordinating stamp set).

Isn't this cute!!! The kite print paper is from my stash. I used a variety of inks and dies which are listed below.

I made a FB video of making this card and it is on my YouTube channel dated Feb. 19, 2020.

I'm thinking about teaching this style of card at my March class.  I think my gals would love it!
