Celebrate Spring

Yesterday I cleaned our patio, uncovered plants & watered, and generally got the patio ready for use. I even ate my lunch out there. I have lots I want to do like get rid of an orange tree that hasn't produced for years and get rid of a huge prickly pear cactus that has gotten way too big for it's location. But that will come. While sitting out there in the 70*+ temperature and watching the birds and bunnies eat I started yearning for spring a lot more. And today's card celebrates the spring weather.

I used Spellbinders' February Small Die of the Month set, Art Studio Botanicals.

I decided to used a beautiful print (blue wood paper) from my stash as I was thinking in colors of greens and blues.

It's hard to see that I used my Clear Wink of Stella brush on the leaves in the 3 circles. And I used some pearls to represent seeds and buds. The Celebrate if from the small Letterboard Minis stamp set. It's becoming one of my favorite sentiment sets.
