Give Thanks

I have been busy this past weekend getting some cards made that I'll be teaching at my October class. I now have 3 made but this week I will also be getting ready for my class on Friday, work 2 mornings, take physical therapy 2 afternoons, along with some other projects. I need to make up for not working at my desk at all last week due to painting our master bathroom! It took us 3 days! We were both so sore plus I still worked my 2 mornings and had physical therapy 2 afternoons.

Anyway, I struggled with this card.

I used 2 different rubber stamp sets by Fun Stampers Journey, Martha's Pumpkins and Fall Thanks. I also used Fall Thanks Die Set and Martha's Pumpkins Die Set. I stamped those pumpkins in 3 different colors of card stock before I chose these.

I stamped the sentiment in 2 colors of ink, Tangerine Fusion and Orange Crreamcicle. I think that really helped it pop. It's hard to see that the Butter Cream layer is embossed but I used a folder called Love Stripes. It was almost retired but too many loved it so it was kept current. I splatted 2 colors of Silks, Dark Roast and Citrus Cooler, before adding my pumpkins and sentiment. A few Fashion Gold dots were added for some bling.

Now I need to come up with 1 more card. I kinda doubt I'll get one done before class on Friday.
