It's a Mystery Card

I belong to a stampers group in Tucson, AZ called SALSA, Stampers At Large Stamping Away.  Each month we (those who want to participate) are giving a mystery item to incorporate in a card for the next month.  Last month we got an assortment of things in a blue gift bag.  I actually made 2 cards.  The first I didn't particularly like so I took a couple things off of it to use on the second card.

Doesn't this look different!  In the bag was a card with the bird on it, the paper clip, some plastic bubbles, and envelopes with the security design on them.  I used everything!

I made the bubbles into miniature shakers but decided to lightly crush them for a different look.  On my first card I accidentally crushed one and liked how it looked. I sprayed some of FSJ's new Lovely Blue Pearly Color Splash on some of the security paper after I glued it to card stock and die cut it for a great shimmer look. I also die cut the Always Smile die and added some dots from my stash.

Here's a picture of the card I got:

Judy, our club president, made this.  Out of all the items in the mystery bag she used only the bird card and a piece of a security envelope. I do like the 2 feathers that she added to her card.
