We have 2 great grandsons that LOVE Shark Week. I decided I needed to make a card for them as they enjoy this week.

I used an old Fun Stampers Journey stamp and die set but FSJ no longer carries them. Scrapbook.com has them but the shark set is out of stock. I embossed my light blue layer with Spellbinders Scallops embossing folder and used card stocks from my stash. I splattered the embossed layer with Sparkle Silk.
I colored my sharks with Spellbinders Color Burst pencils then used a blending stub and baby oil to blend. Almost looks like Copic markers!
I also added some blue sequins to kinda represent bubbles. I don't think I succeeded but I still like them. I prefer using glue dots to adhere sequins as I have pretty good control getting the sequins where I want them.
Do you watch Shark Week? I watched one year and saw a program on a megalodon shark. That critter was absolutely HUGE and sinister! It's name was Submarine. This program terrified me! But I will watch some programs and wear my shark fin head band or shark hat as our great grandsons wear the sharks hats I sent them.
This was last year. Aren't they adorable! I have the hat on the
right. It's like the shark is swallowing your head!
