It's A Workdesk Wednesday!

I'm back!  I missed last week as we went out to lunch with friends. Needless to say, I wasn't going to join with the weekly blog hop when I was not able to really partake. But I'm here today!  And I'm linking up with a great group of gals to The Stamping Ground, and our fearless leader, Julia.

This is my picture mid yesterday afternoon.  I had tidied my desk a bit after prepping for this morning's video.  I'm showing a twist on an easel card. Nothing fancy.

So what you see....
Far left in front of my Scan N Cut is a pile of paper scraps, a small paper trimmer, a photo, and my roll of foam tape.
Center on the glass mat is my card base, card fronts, a crease tool, ink pads, tools, etc.
Far right is a pile of new stamps & dies and my Platinum 6.

This is a scrapbook kit I just got from Kiwi Lane.  I subscribed for a few months and I have just the pictures that will work with these papers! Just need to print them. The white opaque things on the left are templates to cut or use as stencils, whatever. I also downloaded a bunch of sample pages using this paper pack to inspire me.

So this is the end of my post today.  I will start looking for my pictures and we'll see what happens!

Hi Carol we'll let you off for not being around last week especially as you were spending it with friends, you have to take the chance when you can. Look forward to seeing how the pages progress. Happy crafty woyww, Angela x10x

Your lamps always make me smile! They remind me of some small robots in a British TV sci fi tv series called Red Dwarf, where the robots (called Scutters) are always zipping around getting into mischief! So they may be lamps to you but they're Scutters to me, lol!!

Plenty of light is always a good idea :). I like how you have your scan n cut tucked underneath there. I ended up putting mine on the table in the dining room, hopefully it will be in use this week x Angela #24

Ladies wot lunch are a perfectly good reason not to take part in anything.....that way you might even be able to have a nap when you get back too! I like the idea of a scrapbook kit that will do a couple LOs, although I’m not going to subscribe, I’m going over to Kiwi Lane to have a drool and torture my wallet!! . Postage, import and sales tax make it so not a worthwhile venture! I was going to remark on your throw away comment about a ‘pile’ of new stamps, and then I glanced at my newly tidied desk and saw something similar on mine...Christmas doncha know. Argh. I’ve been a bit housebound this week with a nasty ear infection and plan to spend some of this weekend looking at your You Tube channel, I’m so behind and you’re so prolific!
