I'm Flip Flopping for Christmas

As I was looking around Pinterest last week for inspiration for last Friday's video (yeah, it was postponed from Wednesday) I came a cross a card that I hadn't made in years.  It's called a Flip Flop Fold card. It's not one of my favorites but it is unusual.

First I'll give you my template so you know how it is cut and folded.

I didn't feel right sharing someone else's design to I made my own to share.  And now my card....

It's closed in the picture.  The cool middle design doesn't look centered but it is in it's section. As you open the card it swivels to the back!

You can see it swiveling in this picture.

Now the sentiment starts coming into view! I used 2 stamp sets from Fun Stampers Journey for the holly and the sentiment, Mistletoe & Holly and Christmas Inside & Out. I did go over the holly veins with my Stardust Clear Gel pen

But this, these dies are new and won't be available until Aug. 10!! It's called Candy Cane Cutie Die Set.  You can click on the name and check it out and even add your email addy to be notified when it is available!  I added some Journey Glaze to the berries so they really shine! The print paper is from my stash and is from a retired 6 x 6 paper pack from FSJ.

Have you made this style of fun fold card?
