My Little White Car

Quite some time ago I got a project kit that included a wonderful new (yet not available until April 10) die set by Spellbinders called Sunday Drive.  I decided not to make the card the way the directions showed and made it my way.  Turned out REALLY cute!

This card also used the new die set called Kimono.  It is temporarily out of stock.

I used the die cut flowers from the Kimono die set and adhered them all over my card stock.  I like the look but boy, it took a LONG time, especially if you like to get your cards done in under a half hour!

But I made the trunk open!  I die cut the trunk area again and altered it a bit to fit UNDER the trunk. Then I cut another piece of the Brushed Silver card stock to make the trunk handle.

The flowers in the card rack are from the Truckin Through The Seasons die set.  This set is SOOO popular and it is still available!

I added a piece of vellum for the windshield.  I like that it kinda looks like glass.

Though there are a LOT of tiny pieces the card took almost less time to make than the background!

This die set is basically for birthdays as it has balloons, a present, and a die that says birthday.  But I will probably use it for some other occasion.
