
It's a simple sketch and there is no prize this week. I think I pretty much stayed right with the sketch.

The cool wood grain paper was purchased at The Paper Collage in Peoria, AZ (west Phoenix). Pamela, the owner, is the sweetest gal!! And the store is amazing! I am looking forward to my next visit, hopefully July.
Here's a close up of the star. Not only did I splatter Fun Stampers Journey's Dark Roast Silk on the cactus image but I painted it on the little wooden star. It took a bit of time to dry. It kinda has a crackle look to it.
