Are you ready for my desk from yesterday afternoon?
It's rather boring but an hour before this I was sorting a huge order and getting products put in bags for delivery. Those are under the invoice book on the right along with my packing tape roller. You'll see below one of the items I just shipped. On the glass cutting mat is an embossing folder and a piece of clear acrylic sheet that I embossed. And there is an open card with a pop up of flowers and the die set (Karen Burniston) that I'm playing with.
Remember my photo from last week? I had a special project on my desk and here's the finished banner.
I'm not sure how large this will get if you click on it but I did take some close ups.
There are 3 pennants with the Happy Birthday and 4 with rosettes. I got the HB from my Scan N Cut. I was thrilled it was programmed in! I found the cool print paper packs at Tuesday Morning and got 2, 1 in pink and 1 in blue. The ribbons are from the Dollar General store and I added balloons for more festivity. It's 5 feet long and it's on its way to our youngest son and his family. There was more in the box and if you're interested you can see it on my post yesterday.
So that's it. I hope you head over to the Stamping Ground and check out the links to more desks. I'll be in and out as I need to work on a project for today's video.
PS... As to the comment from Kelly last week about Hughes.net.... no can do. I was with them 12 years ago and was paying over $80 monthly for very little signal. I ended up in a class action lawsuit for high prices and poor service (got a whole $10). I do have another option but the cost is quite a bit higher than what I'm paying. Guess I'm kinda stuck for now.

I LOVE that banner!! Especially that there are balloons that the folk can inflate themselves...genius. Blimey, you have a lot of birthdays to sort out in the next few weeks...June is like that for me!

That's a fab banner, I could have done with something like that when my children were younger and when I worked with pre-school children. We used to spend hours making banners for a variety of occasions. I'm envious of your clean area ready to craft too... Happy WoywW Tracey #5
