Spring Flowers

Here in southern Arizona it's already spring.  Flowers have been blooming due to rains in the past couple months (and snow!).  Our yard has some pretty little yellowish orange wildflowers here and there.  But I wanted to share a card that I made on last Friday's video.  You can watch it by clicking on my YouTube link then look for the March 8, 2019 video.

I used some of FSJ's new Easter Blessings collection along with a few other products.  The pretty little flowers are from the Silly Goose stamp set.  There is no coordinating die set so I cut out the image with my Details Pro Shears.  I love this little self sharpening scissors!!!!  I colored the flowers with my Color Burst pencils. Another new product, Baby Bow die set is just TOOOO cute!!  I have to admit is is very tiny and almost a challenge to made due to it's size.  Also new is the beautiful background paper, Create and Bloom Prints.

As an afterthought I should have used the lovely Fresh Sage card stock behind the print paper and Haystack for the oval.  But then, maybe the Haystack would have blended with the pretty yellow flowers too much.   What do you think?
