Easter Bunnies

I recently borrowed a friend's March Small Die of the Month set, Hop Into Spring, as I just LOVED the little bunnies.  The set has a lot to it but I only die cut the 2 bunnies and carrots.

This exclusive die set is exclusive for club members this month but in about 3 months, if there are any left, you can sometimes get it but the retail cost is a bit higher.

I love my card and the bunnies but I have to admit, those tiny pieces are a bugger!! I die cut each bunny 3 times, once in River Stone, once in Whip Cream, and once in Bubble Gum card stocks.  Actually I die cut each bunny 3 times in all three colors so I'll have some fun colored bunnies later.  I also used a variety of other FSJ dies and punches.  I did use up a bunch of scraps for the flowers and bunnies which was really cool. I did stamp the sentiment using the Hope Anchors stamp set and coordinating die set.

The noses had a tendency to hide from me and I cut them out a few times as I'd lose them who knows where! The square background is some Whip Cream cs then sprayed with some Cool Pool Splash.  Love how it turned out.  Can you see the Cool Pool base?  I ran it through the new Pretty Plaid embossing folder.  I also splattered some Sparkle Silk for fun.

I die cut the carrots in Summer Days cs then add some color with my Color Burst pencils.  A few little flowers and such.  The 2 different leaf bunches are made using the January Large Die of the Month set. It's not available at this time, maybe next month.  I used a retired punch cartridge for the flowers. I totally forgot that it's not available anymore - guess I better mark it as retired but I do love that the punch has 3 different sizes of blooms.

How are you coming with your Easter cards??  Barely a month to Easter!!
