Gifts Galore!

 Oh my gosh but it's April 1st! No jokes here but who knows what the day will hold.  Today Spellbinders releases their new club products and this card uses their April Small Die of the Month, Gift Border & Sentiments.

I have a tendency to make simpler cards mostly because my customers like to see cards they can recreate. So, here it is....


I found my "print" paper in a stash of ones I decorated using shaving cream. Yes, you read that right. And I even made a video way back on Jan. 23, 2019 that you can check out HERE. In fact this piece is one I made on the video!  I used Spellbinders new Wild Berry card stock as it coordinated with my paper nicely. I embossed it with the Diamond Plaid embossing folder. I had to use my large Platinum machine since this embossing folder is HUGE!


This die set is almost too big for a standard A2 card so I cut off the far right gift and trimmed down the set to 6 gifts plus the 1. I added bows using Brush Silver paper and the sentiment using Mirror Silver paper. The little enamel heart is from my stash. My rectangle was made using Fluted Classic Rectangles die set. My Bearly Art Glue worked wonderfully to adhere my pieces.
