With Love Always

I've been working on my Jan. class card samples and decided to use a fun die set by Spellbinders that I have never used. Oh my! This card can be used as a Valentine card or an Anniversary card.

This necklace set is from their January 2020 Large Die of the Month set, Friendship Necklace.  I also used a sentiment from another die set, their December 2019 Small Die of the Month, Our Favorite Font Sentiment set. I really like this die set but it, too, is no longer available. I used Spellbinders' Heart & Soul embossing folder for the rose layer. This is very similar to Fun Stampers Journey's "I Heart" embossing folder.

For my class I'll adhere the backing and loops to keep pieces from getting lost. I used Brushed Gold paper for the necklace and Mirror Silver for the pennant backing. Turned out pretty good. I added some Gold Glitter Glue dots but will give my class people a choice between the glue or gold dots. And I used my Bearly Art Glue to adhere the sentiment to the grey rectangle. I LOVE the fine tip on that bottle!

Now to work on my 4th and final card but I won't be able to share it until Jan. 20th. Why, you say? Because I received from Spellbinders some great products that aren't available until then.
