At Home With The Gnomes

I've been enjoying making my own home decor and purchased a great wood set called Gnome Home by Foundations Decor. This is available through Scrapbook.com.  I love it!

This was so fun to decorate as it was just plain wood. I used a variety of paper and paint along with some Stickles and Clear Wink of Stella. Most edges of the pieces were sponged.

I found a couple stamp sets to use for the sign. Thank goodness for my MISTI to help with the placement of the words! I used Whimsy Stamps' Gnome for the Holidays for the Gnome and Spellbinders' Make A Scene Sentiments for the Home.

The trio of tiny dots was made by dipping my smallest stylus into paint then touching it on my project. I added a blue Stickles to the blue mushroom's circle and Wink of Stella to the red mushroom's dots and the flower center.

This is my shelf after I removed my Christmas stuff. I call it Gnomeville. I received the stuffed gnome on the far left from a good friend for Christmas. The gnome on the right is one I made this past summer. I have a link below for him, too. I still have Olive & Odi to finish, also linked below.

Have you made projects like this?
