Into The Wilderness

When I was given the opportunity to play with Spellbinders' new "Create A Scene" stamp set from their Into The Wilderness Collection by Sushma Hegde I jumped at it!  It is available today!

Isn't this cool! I love the little house by the edge of the field and trees!

Here's the 2 cards I made for Spellbinders.

My first card I stamped then die cut using Nestabilities Fancy Edged Ovals. After stamping I used my PanPastels to color the scene. I white embossed the sentiment and added some light blue pearls to embellish.

I look at these fields and think of how great it would be to ride a horse through them and through the forests! I had a horse back in the 70's and 80's. I did a LOT of riding!

I went for more of a twilight look with this card. I used my blender brushes and Distress Oxide inks before stamping then flicked some white liquid ink near the top in the blue. Kinda looks like stars and it has a texture. My Blue Spruce card stock base was die cut with their Fluted Classics Rectangles dies. I've been using these dies a lot!

Isn't this cool! I added some Color Essentials Gems - Teal for embellishments. The inks I used were Chipped Sapphire, Spun Sugar, Fossilized Amber, Peeled Paint, and Iced Spruce. I'm slowing working on my collection.

I hope you check out this collection.
