White Poinsettias

I was so busy Tuesday that I forgot that I do a Wednesday morning video!  I finished all 40 card kits for Friday's class, got all our Halloween cards done, signed, packaged and ready to go, and found an anniversary card to give to Hubby. Then yesterday morning as I was having breakfast I had that moment when I remembered what I forgot!  Well, I hustled and came up with an idea and made my video (which is on YouTube) and showed making a gorgeous white poinsettia Christmas card!

Isn't this beautiful!  Just one color of card stock! Not difficult.  I wasn't going to add the 3 gems on the right but I needed to balance the card.  The Believe came from FSJ's Holiday Script stamp set.

Here's a closer look at the poinsettias and the sentiment.  I did try something different for me and it kinda worked.

I tried masking the center and, using a Picket Fence Studio brush and ink to color then splattering with Bubble Gum Silk,  but couldn't line up the top layer over the bottom.  Oh well. Unless you look close like I usually do, you probably wouldn't notice.

How are you coming with your Christmas projects?
