Make Waves Party

I remember watching movies such as Bedknobs & Broomsticks where there was kinda an underwater party. This card, using FSJ's Project Kits from today's  Hello Summer collection launch, has a party going on!  At least, the critters look like they're enjoying themselves! Maybe they getting ready to watch the Launch party at 9 am AZ time!


I can almost picture Angela Lansbury and the kids on that goofy bed somewhere in the waves.


I used my new Splash Zone stencil to ink then clear emboss my background. You can see that better in the photo below, see how it shines?  And the fern is die cut from a piece of Color Splash paper that was colored with Liquid Colors. I love how the directions for the card tells how to do it. I did over saturate the fern and it tore in half but that was easy to fix with adhering after it was dry.


All the critters are colored with FSJ's Color Splash Pencils. I love how easy it is to blend my colors.
