Each month I take part in a themed swap through a FB closed group that consists of FSJ ex-coaches. This month's theme was to use a butterfly on the card. I started the stamped base on June 1 at our monthly paper crafters group and finished it a couple days later as I needed to get it in the mail. I used a fun stencil by Gina K Designs called Wreath Builder Stencil (I do not get any compensation from this post for this link) as I've had it for almost a year and never used it. Shut my mouth, did I just admit that! Anyway, I used mostly FSJ products on my card.
To use the stencil you have to use a stamp platform. I stamped the images according to the directions and made a wreath! I used my Corner Chomper as I wanted a larger corner. I used FSJ's Lead Me and Strength & Hope stamp sets along with Spellbinders Gilded Tags & Frames die set.
I colored the butterfly with my Color Burst pencils and added some Clear and Gold Wink of Stella to it. I also added some Sparkle and Gold Silks to the flowers and branches on the base.
I think I'll be playing with this stencil set more!
