I'm in Stitches!

Oh My Gosh, but I love Spellbinders new "Stitched Ornament" die set from their Stitched Christmas collection!

Isn't this elegant!!! And I actually used some red embroidery floss instead of markers or pencils! But check out the embossed background!

I used their new "Tufted 3D" embossing folder! This really has dimension! And I tried out the new Universal Plate System which worked like a charm! I played a bit with my sandwich for this thick embossing folder and found the right one!

I used my Bearly Art Glue to adhere the ornament top and bottom and the sprigs. The red and white dots on the sprigs to the right are made with Scrapbook.com's Pops of Color linked below. And don't you love the triple bow at the top of the ornament? I added lots of clear rhinestones for oodles of bling.

It didn't take a long time to do the stitching and I used 2 strands of floss. My sentiment is from their "Mini Christmas Greetings" clear stamp set.

I'll have to make this in other colors! It's so fun!
