A Trio of Trees

I seen a beautiful card on Pinterest last week and kinda cased it for this card.  It was done in shades of blues but I used a gorgeous plaid paper I got from The Paper Collage that I just love!


  I made my focal point rather small as I wanted that delicious plaid paper to be seen. The sentiment comes from the Gnome For The Holidays stamp set.

 The only stamped tree is the far left one.  I actually stamped the middle tree of the Sparkle Trim stamp set trees in Whip Cream ink then die cut it with the smallest tree die. The right tree was die cut from a piece of the Limeade Splash card stock after I splattered it with Whip Cream Silk. Actually I was planning on using the middle tree size (not this small one) but it just wasn't working.  A few rhinestones for bling and I have a lovely plaid card!  (Seems plaid is in vogue at this time.)
