O Happy Day

Happy New Year's Eve!

I played last Friday with 2 techniques, multi-step stamping and spirelli winding.  What is spirelli winding??  Ah, you'll have to watch my YouTube video dated 12/28 (and I welcome you to subscribe to my channel). I received some orange embroider floss as a mystery item to use on a card for a special swap at our January 26 SALSA (stampers at large stamping away) group.  I wanted to be ready and not get rushed so tada! Done!

I played with some clear stamps from Spellbinders and got a really cool effect on the background part of the image! I'm wondering if using FSJ's fusion inks had something to do with it as I have been told they are not good for clear stamps and I don't have any dye inks.

Here you can see the bubbling on the lightest color.  What a great look!  I splattered some Sparkle Silk on the flower after I finished my video.  A little bling never hurts!

I hope you have a safe evening and have a wonderful new year.  I want to share something else that I shared on FB:

Hello, welcome to Flight #2019. We are prepared to take off into the New Year. Please make sure your Attitude and Blessings are secured and locked in an upright position. All self-destructive devices should be turned off at this time. All negativity, hurt and discouragement should be put away. Should we lose Altitude under pressure, during the flight, reach up and pull down a Prayer. Prayers will automatically be activated by Faith. Once your Faith is activated you can assist other passengers. There will be NO BAGGAGE allowed on this flight. The Captain (GOD) has cleared us for takeoff. Destination GREATNESS.

May your 2019 be a year of great blessings, good health, and God bless you!
