Cut, Emboss, Make A Card

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas celebration!  We were supposed to join friends for dinner but due to hubby's head cold and didn't want to take chances contaminating anyone we stayed home and I cooked a roast. Very quiet day.

On my last video I showed you a new embossing folder I purchased called  Floret Cluster.  It cut AND embossed in one pass!  I had to play a bit with the correct "sandwich" for my Platinum but it turned out beautifully!

I stamped a sentiment using the coordinating ink to the background layer, added some Sparkle Silk and a few Candy Minis and my card was complete!

How cool is this! It cut very cleanly and embossed deeply. You may need to lightly mist your card stock with water before cutting/embossing to prevent tearing but I didn't have any issues.
