More Christmas Fun

I needed a Gift Card holder for our great grandsons and a gift tag for our granddaughter and her hubby and I sure like how these turned out!!

I used FSJ's cool Double Pocket Card die set and the Pocket Trims die set as it is perfect to hold 2 gift cards! I used an assortment of current and retired print papers to make the pocket toppers. The tag uses the highly popular Bread Tag die and the Spellbinders Layered Poinsettias die set. The Double Pocket die is quite large and needs the large Platinum machine and 12 x 12 card stock.

Since I didn't write down what all I used for card stocks I can only guess as the package these were in was mailed a few days ago!! After die cutting the 4 different layers of petals I embossed using the crease pad.  I ended up taping the flower to the die to keep the flower in the die while embossing. FSJ's Electric Sticky Tape worked wonderfully for this as it's not as sticky as regular tape and just a little more sticky than washi tape!

I think I'm ready for Christmas.  We are joining friends Christmas Day for dinner.  So much nicer than sitting at home by ourselves. I'm bringing the veggies and rolls. I'm thinking green bean casserole...
