Birthday Tags

Last week I played with a couple new collections from Spellbinders and came up with an unusual card. I used their Celebrate You and Open Road collections.

I was just playing with doing something different with their Assorted Tags die set and this popped into my mind. I was thinking of the fun shapes of the large hot air balloons when I started this. I embossed my background with the new Head in The Clouds embossing folder and then die cut some small clouds from the On Cloud Nine die set.
 

All the letters and sentiment are from their Open Road Sentiments clear stamp set. Isn't this a hoot!

I added some white pen lines on the "balloons" and a few blue sequins for fun.
