An Old Truck and a Desert Scene

Here's a couple more of the 5 make n takes we made at retreat by Art Impressions.  I loved these images so much that I bought the stamps!

Again, I changed things a bit from the basic designs by adding layers and embellishments. The images came pre-colored on glossy paper.

I cut down the image piece and layered it on some black card stock. I popped it on the card base.  I also added a layer of black to the back of the card as the plaid piece is very thin.  A few red dots and this card is almost ready to give!

I borrowed a die set from a friend (I think it was by The Frantic Stamper) for the coyote and cactus. I dotted the cactus and the coyote's eye with a Close To My Heart Clear Glimmer Brush (like the Wink of Stella but with a bit more glitter). I also backed the card, the focal image, the cactus, and the coyote with black.

I will be using these 2 stamps by AI! for my May class.  But watch for more cards I'm working on using these!
