I have been working hard trying to get cards made for Christmas. Here's one that uses a snowflake die for the larger card. This card is a 5 1/2" square. I'm working on an idea for a standard A2 card using this great die set.
Isn't this gorgeous!!! Very vintage, at least to me. I used some red organza ribbon from my stash for a splash of color. The print paper is from a retired FSJ print paper pack called Romantic Journey Prints. I haven't used a lot of this beautiful paper but I'm working on it!
I cut the snowflake doily from both buttercream and brushed silver card stocks and the bell from mirror silver card stock. I heat embossed the sentiment with silver embossing powder.
I may have to make an envelope for this but I'll look through my stash as many years ago a gal gave me a big bag of envelopes. She worked for a card company and she stocked store card shelves and when a card needed to be pulled she was allowed to keep the envelopes. Anyway...
Do you like vintage style cards? I'm basically a novice when making them.
