Crumpled Paper Technique
One of my cards posted yesterday showed this technique. I've had a friend ask how I did this as it looks like a "giraffe"! Yep, it does! I call it my "pinto" technique when used with the Hieroglyph Horses.
The sample on the right is a very crumpled piece of scrap cardstock that is flattened out by hand. I inked my stamp then stamped on the crumpled paper then, without reinking, stamped on my chosen piece of cardstock. Voila! A pinto horse! This is one of the techniques I taught last winter in my Technique Classes. I love the effect. I want to thank Rita Holmes, an angel with TAC™ for this idea.
