Fearless Scrapbooking Class

We had a "break-out session" at Seminar last week and this class was called "Fearless Scrapbooking". It was very good and made these pages relatively easy. We didn't even look at the 12x12 page until we had our "elements" assembled. We were told that to have the big, blank page in front of you can be overwhelming, and I agree! I had to use pics of our 2 youngest granddaughters, Rylie and Rowan, on these pages. Aren't they just the cutest!!! The little girl on the left in the middle tag is a friend of our granddaughters.

For these 2 pages we used the Cha-Cha SWIC, matching cardstock, ribbon and hardware. The black scallops is a new product called Cardstock Strips. They are so cool and come in pink, red, ivory, brown, white, and black and are 12" long. Great way to add to a page, card, whatever papercraft you are making. The tag uses a phrase from This Girl stamped in Noir Palette Hybrid ink. The little "buckles" on top of each tag are from the Essential Elements chipboard set which also includes little frames, flowers, corners, and all kinds of cool things. They can be inked, glittered, whatever you heart desires (almost)!

I used my Tonic Corner Rounder to work the picture frame. Rylie's name is stamped using the Swirly-Bet set and Noir Palette Hybrid ink. I used my stapler a lot and the Crop-a-Dile to set all eyelets. There are phrases from the This Girl set on the 7 tags in the pocket below Rylie's picture. Now, if you think you can't do a 12x12 page, if I can do it, YOU can do it!!

More Seminar projects coming at a later date!
