Color Crushing

FSJ Coaches have been challenged to do a Color Crush project.  I have been so busy this month that I just couldn't think about it until it's almost too late!  And I decided to use it as my sketch challenge (fsjsc8) from a fellow Coach.  The one thing that was required by FSJ is to take a pic or video of myself with me crushing it - interpretation up to me.  I will be promoting FSJ in the morning and the Color Crush flyer is on my display board.

I made up my own set of colors, Whip Cream, Black Licorice, Citrus Cooler, and Grape Fusion card stocks.  Yep, the colors for a Halloween card.  And my photo of me with my card...

I don't photo well and this pic proves it.  I'm standing in the shade of my house, hair pulled back and still in my work clothes.  I really needed to be working on dinner instead of doing this.

Here's a better picture of the card.  I used the You're Batty (hmmm.... picture didn't load for me when I tested the link) set and Citrus Coolor color splash from the mixed media products. There is a coordinating die (another hmmm... out of stock) for this set and you can get the stamps and die as a Bundle and save some money.  I guess I'm supposed to add the hashtag,  #fsjcolorcrush , but don't know if that will work from here.  I do have to send an email, too, so will add the link to this post also.

I think I'm pretty much done making Halloween cards.  I need to do some Thanksgiving cards for the adult family members and start on my Christmas cards.  Have you started on yours?

FUN! Love the spritzing too. Just got this set and can't wait to ink it up! Love that you incorporated the sketch in your design! Thanks for playing in the Creative Blooms sketch challenge this month! :)
