There is a lot going on. I have stamps off to the left, paper in the center, adhesives at the top, and a pencil right in the middle. I'm working on some card samples for a class on Feb. 27 at the scrapbook store in Green Valley, AZ. I'm so far behind and this week is no better. Today I have a private class with a gal to teach her the Magic Card. I haven't made this card for a month so, with instructions in hand, we'll have a blast getting it made. I'll post our cards later as I've got my camera packed with the supplies. Now for a card sample in progress...
This truck is from a Hero Arts set that I use frequently. But can you guess what that shiny embossed piece is?? Its the seal from a coffee can that I die cut then used the Cuttleblug Diamond Grid embossing folder! I save every seal like this as they are wonderful to use!!! I don't know why but I have an easier time making masculine cards than feminine... must be the "tomboy" in me!
So now that you've toured my desk (wait 'til I show you my closet!!) click HERE to go to the Stamping Ground. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy!

I am really liking the masculine feel of your card with the diamond grid, brilliant idea! I struggle with cards for males if you don't know already. I am guessed that was aluminum foil but never a coffee can seal neat. Now I am going to scour for some. Tamika #125
I love how we crafters save all kinds of things to re-purpose in our hobby/work!! Have a great day. Helen, 14

Great use of the coffee can and loving the truck stamp - so good for a male card. Happy WOYWW and thanks for your visit, Anne x #35

Whoa, that tartan made my eyes go funny!!! It's great but I bet you have to use it in small quantities :) I LOVE that metallic looking background to the truck, so funky. I find it easier doing masculine stuff too, have never been the sweet girly type. As a youngster I was always on my bike or riding horses, never playing with dolls. Maybe that's why I was happy raising my two boys....I loved doing all the boy stuff with them!!

Lovin that truck. I have the opposite issue - I have trouble making masculine cards. I would have guessed the metal look was tin foil, but I need to start saving mine.
