I have had this stamp set sitting on my desk for almost 2 weeks. The stamps are cool but I have had such a brain burp on them. I tried going to the 7 Gypsies web site but it has been down - something about GoDaddy having technical issues or having been highjacked. Bummer. I was hoping to see some samples using this set to jump start my mojo. Well, then yesterday as I was driving to meet hubby at IHOP I got to thinking..... 1 Sheet Wonder cards! I've done a class on these before and thought this was a good way to show a majority of the stamps in the set as there is a bunch! After I stamped my sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" card stock I realized that I didn't match my inks to the paper I was using! Oh NO!!! Oh well. I'll just put in the description that better coordinating inks will be used in the class. So, are you ready to see a couple of the cards??
You don't see much of the strip from the stamped sheet. But I like the layout of this card.
This card was coming along nicely when I apparently touched that middle panel with a finger that had ink on it! Sure screwed that up! LOL! I've still got 2 more cards to go. The class will only make 4 cards out of the 9 that the template does. And I'm doing cards that I didn't do in the last class (a little over a year ago).
So what do you think of these other than using the wrong inks?
