Tagged Double Gate Card

I took the Word Verification off on Saturday afternoon and since then I've had about 12 pornographic and disgusting comments.  I'm in awe how people waste not only my time but theirs in this nasty way.  I will keep moderating the comments as I don't want to subject you, my readers, to these horrific comments yet I want to make it easy for you to leave me comments on my projects.  Please pray that these comments will cease as I feel horrible having to read them to clean them out yet making sure they're not legitimate.  So now, onward...

While I was at the scrapping retreat a couple weeks ago I was going through CDs from the Technique Junkies and came across this design.  Stamps are from The Angel Company and sunflowers are my favorite!  It is colored with Copic markers.

Here it is partially open.  How cool is this!!!  The pattern paper is also from The Angel Company.

Since this design is rather different I wanted to give you a view from the top.  You can see how the double gate works.  I love how the tags kinda fit together yet don't. This design is part of a class I'll be teaching on April 10 called Assorted Gatefold Cards at the AZ Scrapbooking store in Green Valley, AZ. This Wednesday, April 3, I'll be teaching the Graphic 45 Multifold Card class which, for an unknown reason, is advertised on March 27.

I hope you had a great Happy Resurrection Day yesterday.  We started with a outdoor Sunrise Service beginning with our pastor blowing the shofar!  I love hearing this Jewish instrument!  I hope when the Rapture occurs that Jesus will use it to call us home!  It's an awesome sound, especially when the sound reverberates through the area!  (I bet it woke some of the local residents but then, what a wonderful awakening!) We then had breakfast. We attend and are members of the Sahuarita First Assembly of God church. Next, Sunday School and our regular service.  Our pastor, David, had such a good message I ordered a copy of it on CD.  Then we took my folks to dinner.  Last night we attended the Amado Baptist church and they had a service called "Singspiration".  That's where people from the congregation sign up to sing, tell a story, do a Bible or other reading.  It was a VERY special day of celebrating the resurrection of our LORD and Savior.  At the Sunrise service we sang a song that kinda sums it up for me called Glorious Day.  The chorus is:

Living He loved me, Dying He saved me
Buried He carried my sins far away.
Rising He justified freely forever
One day He's coming, oh glorious day, oh glorious day!

God bless you for visiting me and thank you for your precious comments.

Awesome card - will have to look this one up for sure - love TJ and all the ideas. I had thought about taking off comment moderation but glad I didn't - guess some people have nothing better to do.
