Seminar Project #1

Are you ready to see some of our projects?  I'm working hard on cutting out stamps and finishing what I started.  Here's the first project.

This is the set we used.  It's on my wish list!!  It's called Fishers of Men:

We brayered K-pad Blue Breezes onto glossy cardstock.  Actually we stamped the image with Momento Black, let dry then brayered but I'd wait to stamp.  You'll see why shortly.  We used assorted new Bazzill smooth cardstocks that TAC™ now carries.

After inks were dry we sprayed the glossy with Ink Potion #9. Kinda looks like stars and fireflies!  Trick.... spray into the air and let the mist gently settle on the paper.  Don't spray the paper directly...  Here's what happens if you do...

I lost the image!!!  I had to purchase the Ink Potion!  Love the look.  Also, the Ink Potion does NOT work with Palette Hybrid inks.  Works great with Momento and K-pads (basically any water-based DYE ink pad).  I have lots of K-pads but only 1 that TAC carries. Bummer.  But I'll still use them.  Thinking of autumn leaves with the Desert Heat ink pad. Hmmm....
