Hidden Drawer Valentine

As I was blurfing (you know, blog surfing!) I ran across Ruth Norton's blog and found the coolest Valentine goody box! Look at the open view to see the slide in/out box! Isn't this just fun!!

I used my Cha Cha SWIC, cardstock, and ribbon. The cut-out heart is cut from an old Sizzix die and then run through a Cuttlebug folder on my Wizard then I rubbed my L'Amore PH ink over it to pop the dots. The word is from Love Doodles and there's a bit of scrapper's floss tied on the ribbon. The inside text is from a retired set called Valentine Trio.

I think I'll give this Valentine to my hubby instead of the fancier one posted earlier. I think he'll like this one way better!

You only have a couple more days to leave a comment on my Jan. 15 Blog-iversary post for a chance to win my drawing!

This reminds me of those book/boxes of Lifesavers Candy. Do they even make those anymore? This is terrific, I'd have to fill mine with M & Ms for my hubby!
