Christmas Tags

Tomorrow at our Tucson papercrafters group meeting I'm taking part in an annual swap of Christmas tags. I have 24 ready to go!

(This post contains affiliate links to some of the products I used. If you shop through these links I may receive a small commission at NO cost to you. Thank you for your support!)

I die cut my basic tag using an OLD Sizzix die set of tags.  I then stenciled the stars using Spellbinders Star Bright stencil and a blender brush.  I used my Waffle Flowers 8.5" square Grip Mat to hold my tag and stencil in place.   I sponged brown ink around the edges of the tag for a more vintage look.

I used another old product from Spellbinders called Sparkle Silk to add some sparkle splatters to my base. The tree is from their Bottle Brush Trees die set. I went for dramatic with the black branches.  A bit of brown twine and a small gold bell, and a red ribbon finished the tag. I used my Precision Glue Press and Nuvo glue to adhere things.

Do you make tags for Christmas?
