At our July local stampers meeting we were given a rolled up piece of holographic film to use on a card. I hemmed and hawed and finally came up with this.

I layered my film on a sticky clear sheet then die cut 3 large and 6 small flowers from a die in my stash along with the scalloped oval. I stamped the sentiment using The Rabbit Hole Designs Friend stamp set.
Here's a closer look at the film. I saved one of the little flowers for the envelope.
I added a panel on the card's inside and added the 2 remaining flowers.
