My latest projects have been Easter cards for our kids and granddaughters. I purchased the stamps used on these cards from Eureka Stamps (and if you are interested just click through their label in the left sidebar). I searched high and low for this Empty Tomb image as I truly believe Jesus was crucified on the cross, died, was buried, and on the 3rd day, AROSE! He is my LORD and Savior, and my husband's. We attend Sahaurita Assembly of God church in Sahaurita, AZ just north of Green Valley. And this Easter we will again be helping with a breakfast after Sunrise Service. I can't wait to hear Pastor Stowell blow the ram's horn! What a sound as it echos off the mountains! Anyway, on to my cards....
I'm using scraps and bits and pieces from stuff left over from classes. This was colored with chalks as is the next card.
I used Copic markers on this card. And the inside, I LOVE the saying!
I colored the letters with coordinating markers. What are you doing for Easter? Attending church? Going out for dinner? Spending time with the family?? We haven't made any plans for after Easter services, possibly go home and rest as we have to be at the church around 5:15 a.m.! Now, on to making cards for the granddaughters!
